Crown & Queue
Adrienne Treeby launched Crown & Queue to champion the best of British meat. Using only lovingly-raised British Heritage pork and as many indigenous, locally-grown, ingredients as they can, their dry-cured sausages are going to taste different than any you’ve ever had - rather than try to imitate continental flavours, Adrienne sets out to incorporate distinctly British flavours into her meat. In her words:
"We have amazing pigs, fantastic herbs, great beer and delicious wine – so why go elsewhere for ingredients or inspiration?"

Suyaman was founded by Tunde Tejumola to bring Nigerian dishes, tastes and culture to the mainstream in the UK.
Tunde's new Pale Ale incorporates Zobo (the Hausa word for the hibiscus flower), which is infused as a drink on special occasions in Nigeria.

The Cheese Merchant
The Cheese Merchant was founded by George Lang in 2017. Having grown up on a dairy farm in Somerset, he understood the true struggles of the British dairy industry from a young age. Having initially trained as a chef, he decided his true calling lay in helping British farmers showcase their exceptional produce to the widest possible audience.
