Calabrian Nduja Paste
Nduja is cured spreadable Calabrian salami with herbs, salt and naturally lots of chilli pepper. Bright red in colour with a fiery taste, our Nduja is the real thing, made in Spilinga in the province of Vibo Valentia, the birthplace of this delicacy.
Spread it on bread or bruschetta - it is even better if warmed up first! Nduja also gives an incredible flavour when you add it to a soffritto (lightly fried onions, celery and carrot) as the basis of a tomato pasta sauce. It is also delicious on a pizza or alongside medium seasoned cheeses!
Our Nduja is made following a traditional Calabrian recipe and naturally contains no additives, preservatives or colourants.

Our favourite producer in Calabria, Southern Italy is 'Casarecci di Calabria'. We love both the taste of their superior quality products and their beautiful packaging.
This family business, established in 1998, is located in the Sila Mountains. Like many of our producers, Casarecci di Calabria use old fashioned recipes to create traditional products, once the staples of any Southern Italian family and now sought after delicacies. Their entire range is produced without adding any preservatives or colours.
