  • - 4 skinless boneless chicken thighs
  • - 1 cup flour
  • - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 700ml vegetable oil (for frying)
  • - 2 ripe avocados
  • - Handful of cherry or baby plum tomatoes
  • - ½ cup mayonnaise
  • - 1 clove garlic, grated
  • - 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • - ¼ teaspoon paprika
